We blasted an engine until the sump reached 340C – way above any temperature you might encounter in every day driving. We waited for the oil to cool and drained it for use for the next part of the test – the endurance challenge.

We kept the engine running at a constant temperature of 150C and 5600rpm. 72 hours later the engine was still running, even after being blasted in the ring of fire test.

Proven to perform in extremely hot conditions.
