The 2007 season saw Steven Richards join forces with Ford’s major V8 Supercar team, Ford Performance Racing in a quest to chase the V8 Supercar Championship. Steven “Richo” Richards has had a long association with Castrol having driven under the Castrol Racing banner for numerous years at the Larry Perkins operation. This new partnership has marked a rebirth for Castrol in V8 Supercar racing.
Castrol is also a corporate partner on Mark Winterbottom’s FPR Falcon along with the Supercheap Auto Commodore driven by Russell Ingall
Richo’s V8 Falcon BF makes 630+hp and runs on Castrol EDGE 0W-40.
